Patricia, after 14 successful years of salon ownership, embraced the changing landscape of the salon industry. With the availability of suites in New Jersey, she saw the perfect opportunity to end her traditional salon journey on a high note. The prospect of managing her own suite, with its luxury and simplicity, was an exciting new chapter in her career. Though she enjoyed the independence, her ambition remained strong, and she now had the chance to collaborate with a fellow salon owner she had long respected, embarking on a thrilling new adventure.
Jenny, on the other hand, has always prioritized education, team building, mentorship, and delivering exceptional hair services. After evolving her salon business over a decade, she realized it was time to shift her focus entirely to her academy, where education could take center stage.
As they shared their stories and realized their common goals, a partnership was born. Together, they created a space where artists could collaborate, support one another, and build a brand centered on community over competition. The Artist Collective Luxury Hair Extensions and Extension Certification marks the beginning of their partnership.
Combining their expertise, they have branded their very own extension line, introducing the ACE Veiled and Classic Weft installation techniques.

For 14 years, Jenny and Patricia were seen as competitors, each running successful and well-known salons in the same town. Their businesses thrived side by side, establishing strong brands over more than a decade. After accumulating a combined 24 years of entrepreneurial experience, their paths crossed again in 2023, when they both sold their traditional salons and, by coincidence, opened individual two-chair salon suites in the same building. Now, instead of building large teams, they focused on offering their guests a more exclusive salon experience.
